Acuity agrees to acquire Parameter Technologies for $675M

Acuity Inc. (NYSE: AYI) has announced a definitive agreement to acquire Parameter Technologies for $675 million. Parameter specializes in mission-critical leak detection, environmental monitoring and battery monitoring for data centers and critical infrastructure, and will be integrated into Distech Controls within Acuity's Intelligent Spaces segment.
