REFUND POLICY

Nebula does not offer voluntary refunds for API plan payments, including renewals, or for prepaid credit purchases and automatic top-ups.

You can cancel an API plan to prevent future renewals. Cancellation does not refund a payment already made, and access continues until the end of the paid period.

This policy does not affect any refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law. If you believe you have a legal right to a refund, or a technical issue prevents you from using your purchase, contact support@hiddensystems.ai.
