AEW UK REIT has completed the sale of its remaining property portfolio, generating gross proceeds of £138.8 million. It is targeting annual expenses of £2.0-2.5 million during the wind down, exercised a six-month notice on its investment management agreement on 21 October 2026, and is appointing a new AIFM.
