Amphenol to acquire AdvancedPCB, Dexgreen and Humanetics Sensors

Amphenol has entered into definitive agreements to acquire AdvancedPCB Holdings from IGP Industries, as well as Dexgreen Limited and Humanetics Sensors from Humanetics Innovative Solutions. The acquisitions were disclosed alongside Amphenol's third-quarter 2026 earnings release. Terms were not disclosed.
