AMTD Digital injects four premium hotel assets into TGE for US$209.8m in shares

AMTD Digital, AMTD IDEA and TGE announced completion of the injection of four premium hotel assets into TGE, valued at US$209.8m and settled through the issuance of 198,630,381 new TGE Class A ordinary shares to AMTD Digital. Assets include the AMTD IDEA Tribeca Hotel, a 50% interest in the Ritz-Carlton, Perth, AMTD Dao By Dorsett Hornsey London and an 80% interest in Upper Regalia Kuala Lumpur.
