Anthropic to spend up to $120.5B on SpaceXAI Nvidia compute, S-1 filing shows

Anthropic's S-1 IPO filing shows it agreed to spend up to $120.5 billion on compute from SpaceXAI (SpaceX's AI unit) for Nvidia chips, with terms extending into 2029. Once all capacity is delivered, expected in December 2026, Anthropic will pay about $3.1 billion a month, roughly $37.2 billion annualized.
