ARKO Petroleum says U.S. Petroleum Partners acquisition expected to close in Q4 2026

ARKO Petroleum Corp. says its acquisition of U.S. Petroleum Partners, LLC is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026. The acquired business is anticipated to contribute about 280 million gallons of annual fuel volume across roughly 400 dealer locations and add about $30 million in annualized adjusted EBITDA.
