Armata Pharmaceuticals reported positive topline results from its randomized, placebo-controlled Phase 1b/2a diSArm trial of the intravenous multi-phage therapeutic AP-SA02 combined with best available antibiotic therapy for complicated Staphylococcus aureus bacteremia. The 50-participant study showed AP-SA02 was well-tolerated with no serious adverse events related to the study drug.
