Artiva Biotherapeutics discontinues AlloNK development, to cut workforce by ~94%

Artiva Biotherapeutics said it will discontinue development of AlloNK (AB-101), its allogeneic NK cell therapy candidate, after assessing its risk-benefit profile, enrollment delays and commercial outlook. It will cease dosing in all ongoing studies, skip its planned Phase 3 trial, cut its workforce by ~94% and initiate a strategic review.
