Ascendis Pharma reports sustained kidney function improvements over 5 years with TransCon PTH in hypoparathyroidism

Ascendis Pharma reported pooled data from its Phase 2 PaTH Forward and Phase 3 PaTHway trials showing TransCon PTH (palopegteriparatide) drives early, sustained improvements in kidney function in adults with hypoparathyroidism, presented at Kidney Week 2026: statistically significant increases in eGFR and normalization of 24-hour urine calcium over up to 5 years.
