AstraZeneca's Imfinzi-tarlatamab combo cuts death risk 58% in small cell lung cancer trial

AstraZeneca said its Imfinzi (durvalumab) plus tarlatamab-dlle cut the risk of death by 58% versus Imfinzi alone in first-line extensive-stage small cell lung cancer in the DeLLphi-305 Phase III trial: median overall survival of 21.1 months versus 12.7 months, with nearly 80% of patients alive at one year versus 53% and progression-free survival more than tripled.
