Autoneum announces planned acquisition of France's Trèves Group

Autoneum Holding AG announced the planned acquisition of France's Trèves Group, which generated about EUR 720 million in revenue in fiscal 2025. The combined entity's fiscal 2026 revenue is projected to exceed CHF 2.9 billion, with annual synergies of more than CHF 50 million targeted by 2029 and EPS accretion expected from 2028.
