Autonom announces acquisition of Business Lease Romania from Dutch group

Autonom, which has raised 128 million euros through multiple bond issues on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, announced the acquisition of Business Lease Romania from a Dutch group. The acquired company has revenues of 144 million lei and assets of 538 million lei.
