Binance hot wallet drained via EIP-7702 delegation; attacker steals $6.28B across 8 blockchains in coordinated exploit

A Tornado Cash-funded wallet drained Binance's hot wallet via EIP-7702 delegation, taking 167,464 ETH (~$384M) and 1.6B USDT in the first transaction. On-chain analysis shows the attacker spent a day preparing, testing EIP-7702 and deploying automated sweeping contracts, draining over $6.28B across 8 blockchains in a coordinated exploit. Binance recovered $823M in USDC. Binance has not confirmed.
