BIP-110 doesn’t solve the root problem. Data will adapt — keys, hashes, and new structures will find a way. The real cost is shrinking Bitcoin’s design space. Using consensus rules to limit innovation for a temporary spam debate is the wrong tradeoff. Neutrality > preference.
