Bittensor's OpenTensor Foundation unveils eTAO, letting subnet owners customise reward distribution

The OpenTensor Foundation has unveiled eTAO, a new mechanism for the Bittensor network that lets subnet owners customise reward distribution. The fixed 18/41/41 split is replaced: owners can set their own emission split weekly, ranging from 0% to 33%; validators stay at or below 50%; miners must stay at or above 33%; root TAO stakers still get their baseline share first.
