BofA, Blackstone, Citi, Morgan Stanley back $63B Broadcom AI chip deal for Anthropic

Bank of America, Blackstone, Citigroup and Morgan Stanley are funding a special-purpose vehicle that will buy Broadcom AI chips and networking equipment and lease them to Anthropic in a $63 billion deal, with deliveries expected to begin in 2027. Broadcom is backing part of the financing.
