CAE agrees to sell Flightscape airline operations software business to SITA for $500M

CAE has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its Flightscape airline operations software business to SITA for an enterprise value of US$500 million. Citigroup Global Markets and BMO Capital Markets served as financial advisors to CAE. The sale is expected to close in the first half of 2027, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
