Cherry SE advances 'Blossom' transformation with Peripherals restructuring and job cuts

Cherry SE announced the next phase of its 'Blossom' transformation program, a fundamental restructuring of its Peripherals business with job reductions to achieve sustainable profitability. Preliminary 9M 2026 figures show group gross margin up 7.4 percentage points and adjusted Group EBITDA improved to EUR -6.9 million from EUR -11.9 million a year earlier.
