CLS Holdings expects to exit UK REIT regime effective Dec 31, 2026

CLS Holdings plc announced it expects to leave the UK Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) regime effective December 31, 2026. From January 1, 2027, the Group will be subject to standard UK corporation tax on its rental profits and property sales.
