Dana says Eaton mobility acquisition on track to close around end of Q1 2027, nearly all approvals obtained

Dana Incorporated said in its Q3 2026 results that its acquisition of Eaton's mobility business is proceeding as planned, expected to close around the end of Q1 2027. Dana said nearly all required regulatory approvals have been obtained, with one remaining.
