Emirates Global Aluminium restarts half of Al Taweelah smelter units shut after Iran attack

Emirates Global Aluminium said it had rebuilt and restarted half of the units at its Al Taweelah smelter that were shut following an attack it attributed to Iran. The company expects the plant to return to full production in the first quarter of 2027.
