EU energy chief says bloc better placed for crisis than 2022, gas use down 18%

The EU energy chief says the bloc is better situated to deal with the current crisis than in 2022 because it has reduced gas consumption, using 18% less gas than in 2022. He added the current crisis is worse because it involves oil products.
