EUROKAI's Contship Italia signs deal to acquire TARROS Group

EUROKAI GmbH & Co. KGaA announced that its subsidiary Contship Italia S.p.A. has signed a contract to acquire the TARROS Group, including Tarros S.p.A., Terminal del Golfo S.p.A., Car Box S.r.l., Compagnia Marittima Servizi S.r.l. and Med Logistics Malta Ltd. The deal, executed through Contship's subsidiary Sogemar S.p.A., is expected to close in Q4 2026 subject to regulatory approvals.
