Faraday Future completes transfer of robotics business to FF EAI Robotics Ecosystem

Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (FFAI) announced completion of the transfer of its robotics business and related assets to FF EAI Robotics Ecosystem Inc. FFR issued common shares and non-voting convertible preferred shares to Smart Technology Holdings Ltd., a FFAI subsidiary, and will now operate as a standalone Nasdaq-listed company focused on humanoid and bionic Physical AI robotics.
