FDA grants Fast Track designation to mavorixafor for chronic neutropenia

X4 Pharmaceuticals announced the U.S. FDA granted Fast Track designation to its lead product, mavorixafor, for the treatment of chronic neutropenia, intended to expedite development and review. Mavorixafor is an oral CXCR4 antagonist being evaluated in a global, pivotal Phase 3 trial.
