Galaxy Digital applies to OCC to form Galaxy National Bank, a national trust bank

Galaxy Digital announced its subsidiary Galaxy Digital LP has applied to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency to form Galaxy National Bank, a national trust bank headquartered in New York. The application is subject to regulatory approval and builds on the company's portfolio of over 50 licenses across the U.S., Europe and Asia.
