HANZA completes acquisition of five Fortaco factories

HANZA has completed the acquisition and taken ownership of five factories from contract manufacturer Fortaco, adding approximately 1,300 employees and SEK 1.9 billion in annual sales. The transaction combines asset and share acquisitions with an initial purchase price based on an enterprise value of EUR 144 million.
