Healey raises taxes on gambling, extends fuel duty freeze in Budget

Chancellor John Healey is raising taxes on gambling in his Budget, while increasing the threshold for small business rate relief, exempting vape shops from business rate relief, extending tax cuts for motorists through to July with an extended freeze on fuel duty, and raising the higher mileage rate to 35p per mile.
