HIVE's BUZZ HPC secures ~$129M at 9.0% fixed-rate financing to buy $165M NVIDIA GB200 cluster for Cohere's $225M contract

HIVE's BUZZ HPC unit secured approximately $129 million in three-year financing at a 9.0% fixed rate, at 80% loan-to-cost, to purchase a $165 million cluster of 2,303 NVIDIA GB200 GPUs, owned outright at the end of the term. The GPUs are already contracted under a 3-year, $225 million total contract value agreement with Cohere covering GPU compute, connectivity and storage services.
