Idorsia starts Phase 3 FAB-KLEAR study of lucerastat, signs co-development deal with Nxera

Idorsia initiated the FAB-KLEAR study, a pivotal Phase 3 kidney biopsy trial evaluating lucerastat as a potential disease-modifying therapy for adults with Fabry disease. The company also entered a co-development and commercialization agreement with Nxera Pharma, granting Nxera exclusive rights to develop and commercialize lucerastat in Japan and selected Asia Pacific territories, excluding China.
