Innovation Beverage confirms BlockFuel merger proceeding, plans rename and Steinman well drilling

Innovation Beverage Group (IBG) confirmed its proposed merger with BlockFuel Energy is proceeding pending approvals, after which it plans to rename itself BlockFuel Energy Limited with its beverage operations moving to a separate subsidiary. It is also advancing permitting for the Steinman #1-23 well, with drilling expected to begin in early December 2026.
