Jamie Dimon demands equal stablecoin regulation as Senate Clarity Act vote approaches
Jamie Dimon is demanding equal stablecoin regulation as the Senate Clarity Act vote approaches next month, which would decide yields and issuer requirements. Separately, analysts note the Clarity Act's September 15 vote is only to move forward, not final passage, and it still needs 60 votes, Senate passage, House action, and presidential approval.

Not so fast. CLARITY doesn’t probably pass by December. September 15 is only the vote to move forward, not final passage. It still needs 60 votes, Senate passage, the House to deal with any changes, then the President. The crypto bull market may come long before CLARITY does.
