MacroGenics reports positive interim Phase 2 LINNET results for lorigerlimab in clear cell gynecologic cancer

MacroGenics announced positive interim results from its Phase 2 LINNET study of lorigerlimab, a bispecific DART molecule targeting PD-1 and CTLA-4, in advanced clear cell gynecologic cancer. Data presented at ESMO 2026 showed a confirmed objective response rate of 25% and disease control rate of 44% among 16 response-evaluable patients, with a manageable safety profile.
