President Marcos Jr. has announced a proposed ₱120 billion elevated road network linking Balintawak, Quezon City to Bocaue, Bulacan. The mega-infrastructure project will be a joint effort between Manny Pangilinan's MVP Group and RSA's San Miguel Corp to ease commuter traffic and boost the economy.
