Matter Labs retires ZKsync EraVM, introduces ZKsync OS

Matter Labs announced that ZKsync EraVM is being retired, with the legacy execution environment entering end-of-life. Its successor, ZKsync OS, introduces a fundamentally different architecture, and a new Viacoin Via is on public testnet built on ZKsync Era.
