Menarini and Ryvu report first clinical data from Phase II JASPIS-01 study of dapolsertib

Ryvu Therapeutics and Menarini Group announced preliminary clinical results from the ongoing Phase II JASPIS-01 study of dapolsertib, a first-in-class oral dual PIM/FLT3 kinase inhibitor. The data, to be presented at the 68th ASH Annual Meeting in December 2026, show clinical activity in a heavily pretreated patient population.
