Merck and Kelun report sac-TMT plus Keytruda cuts NSCLC progression risk by 51% in Phase 3 trial

Merck and Kelun-Biotech presented Phase 3 OptiTROP-Lung06 results at ESMO 2026 showing the antibody-drug conjugate sac-TMT combined with pembrolizumab (Keytruda) reduced the risk of disease progression or death by 51% versus pembrolizumab plus platinum-based chemotherapy in previously untreated advanced non-squamous NSCLC with low PD-L1 expression.
