MGM Resorts amends voting agreement with People Inc. after withdrawal of acquisition proposal

MGM Resorts International has amended its voting agreement with People Incorporated, Barry Diller and associated persons (the "Covered Entities"), following the withdrawal of People's proposal to acquire the company. Under the amended terms, the Covered Entities commit to voting their shares in accordance with the Board's recommendations on any change of control transaction.
