Monte Rosa says Novartis initiates second Phase 2 trial of MRT-6160 in psoriatic arthritis

Monte Rosa says its collaborator Novartis has initiated a second Phase 2 clinical study of VAV1-directed molecular glue degrader MRT-6160 (DDY391) in people with active moderate to severe psoriatic arthritis, following a Phase 2 study in Sjögren's disease begun in August. Monte Rosa will receive a $37.5M milestone payment from Novartis following the trial initiation.
