Mueller Water Products to transition metering business to ZENNER USA, expects ~$26M in FY2027 transition expenses

Mueller Water Products announced an agreement to transition its metering business, operating under its Mueller Systems subsidiary, to ZENNER USA, a member of the Minol-ZENNER Group. The company expects about $26 million in one-time transition expenses during fiscal 2027, covering warranty liabilities, severance and asset write-offs.
