Musk personally ordered slowdown of military-grade Starlink relied on by Ukraine, WSJ reports

The Wall Street Journal reports Elon Musk personally ordered the October 14 slowdown of a military-grade version of Starlink relied on by Ukrainian forces, citing US officials and people familiar with the matter. The restrictions reportedly disrupted Ukrainian strike drones. Last week Musk capped the speeds at which Ukrainian hardware could stay connected to the satellite network.
