Nebius ($NBIS) secured a $3.5 billion, 364-day senior secured financing facility from Citi to fund data center development and GPU expansion. The initial rate is SOFR plus 2.75%, rising to a maximum of 3.50%, and the facility increases flexibility over the timing and structure of longer-term financing to fuel growth in 2027 and beyond.
