Neighborhood Intelligence inks $350M SPAC deal to take tZERO public on NYSE American

Neighborhood Intelligence has signed a $350M SPAC business combination deal with tZERO Group, the Overstock-born tokenization platform, via FG Imperii Acquisition Corp. The new entity is expected to trade on NYSE American under the TZRO symbol; up to $25M of pre-money value is tied to milestones and ~$231M sits in the SPAC's trust.
