Norwegian authorities have detained two cargo ships near their coast in neutral waters, where the vessels were sheltering from adverse weather. At least one, the Ya Qing Hai Yang, was involved in servicing the sanctioned Russian project Arctic LNG 2 and is itself subject to international sanctions, according to The Insider.
