Norway to continue Barents Sea oil and gas development despite EU Arctic moratorium
Norway will continue developing its oil and gas resources in the Barents Sea despite EU support for a moratorium on Arctic hydrocarbon supplies, according to Energy Minister Terje Aasland, who also said Norway no longer sees itself as Europe's green battery.
