NovaBridge Biosciences reports mature Phase 1b data for givastomig at ESMO 2026, selects 8 mg/kg dose

NovaBridge Biosciences announced updated results from its ongoing Phase 1b study of givastomig, a CLDN18.2 x 4-1BB bispecific antibody, at the ESMO Congress 2026. The data, assessed through August 6, 2026, support selection of the 8 mg/kg dose for future registrational development in HER2-negative first-line metastatic gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma.
