Novartis terminates 2025 option and collaboration with BioArctic; BioArctic retains $30M upfront

Novartis has terminated its 2025 option, collaboration and license agreement with BioArctic, its collaborator on the Alzheimer's drug lecanemab. BioArctic will retain the full $30M upfront payment it received. The termination ends the collaboration between the two companies.
