Nvidia reportedly in talks to invest at least $500M in Firmus as it seeks $3B private financing after cancelled IPO

Nvidia is reportedly negotiating to invest at least $500 million in Firmus, the former Bitcoin miner that cancelled its planned $44B IPO and is now seeking $3 billion in private funding after investors raised concerns over its valuation and limited operating history. Firmus plans to install up to 170,000 GPUs at a 360 MW campus in Indonesia from 2027. The deal is not yet closed.
