ONDO Abandons Ondo Chain L1, Pivots to Off-Chain Execution

The ONDO team has confirmed the cancellation of its Ondo Chain Layer-1 blockchain plans, which were intended for institutional real-world assets (RWAs). Instead, the project will pivot to Ondo Network, focusing on off-chain execution to achieve faster transaction speeds without the need for a dedicated L1.
